Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. All products ordered from the website and successfully delivered to user in Serviceable area (i.e. West Bengal, Delhi & NCR) may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Return policy.

However one initiate Sales Return from Customer’s login by the following process
Dashboard >> My Activities >> Request Sales Return

Products delivered using a courier service by a logistic partner in areas other than serviceable area are non-returnable.


Q. What is the procedure to cancel an order?

A. You can Cancel an order in "In Process"/"Order Placed" status by clicking on the Cancel link/button in my account>my order > next to order you to cancel.

Also you will be able to Cancel an order within 3 hours of placing the order provided the order has not been confirmed/processed by us and inform us by calling our helpline number: 93 3080 3080


Q. Why is the “Cancel” link disabled sometimes?

A. A disabled “Cancel” link means:

The item (s) has already been processed by the seller.
