Q. If I do not find all my products on website. What do I do?

A. If you cannot find a product on website it means that product is not available in our stock. You can suggest that product. Click on “Request a Product” tab on the right side of the page and suggest a product.


Q. Is it compulsory to provide prescription?

A. As per regulations, the prescribed medicines can only be sold against valid prescription. It is obligatory on your part to provide for valid prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner as terms of access of our website.It is the obligation of the users to produce before the Independent Licensed Chemist valid prescription before the delivery of the products. The said Independent Licensed Chemists (Sellers) can refuse to deliver the medicines in case the user failed to show valid prescription.


Q. What are the shipping charges?

A. In Serviceable area (i.e West Bengal, Delhi & NCR) if your total order amount is less than Rs. 250/-, shipping charges of Rs. 50/- will be charged.

Products delivered by courier service through logistic partner in areas other than serviceable area shipping charges of Rs. 75/- will be charged if your total order amount is less than Rs. 750/-. For more details, check our Shipping Policy.


Q. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

A.  The estimated delivery time for your order is 72 hours in Serviceable area (i.e West Bengal, Delhi & NCR) from the acceptance of your order by the seller. Products are delivered on all working days (Monday- Saturday) No products are delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

In Non Serviceable areas delivery time may vary from 7 to 10 days and is dependent on logistic partner .


Q. What do I do if my order is not delivered even after 72 hours?

A. In such cases, call at 93 3080 3080 and enquire about your order. Make sure to mention your order number.


Q. Do I need to be present at home to sign the receipts for my delivered goods?

A. It is not mandatory for you to be present at home to sign the receipts of the delivered goods. Your representative or a family member can also sign the receipts and receive the products on your behalf.


Q. Can I opt for a suitable delivery date?

A.  Yes, you can opt for a suitable delivery date while ordering Greet & Gift items.


Q. Can I return my ordered product (s) after it has been delivered?

A. Yes, you can return the ordered product (s) in Serviceable area (i.e. West Bengal, Delhi & NCR) after it has been delivered by initiating from return request from customer’s login
