Q. How can I contact my healthbuddy?

A. You will receive the phone number of the healthbuddy, who will be assigned to cater to your needs and requirements. You can also call on our customer care number  (93 3080 3080)  and ask for your healthbuddy’s contact number. Our representative will provide you with the phone number of the concerned person.

Q. Can healthbuddies suggest me medicines?

A. No. Although our healthbuddies are trained professionals, they are not qualified doctors. Hence they cannot suggest you medicines of any form.

Q. I am unhappy with my healthbuddy. What do I do? OR  Can I change my healthbuddy??

A. If you are not satisfied with the services of your healthbuddy, please give us a call on 93 3080 3080 and lodge a complaint. We will try to solve your problem at the earliest. In case, you want to change your healthbuddy, we will take care of that too.

Alternatively, you can also mail us using the “My Mailbox” option of your account. While sending an email, please select “healthbuddy related queries” as your subject line.
