DNAVITA Smothie

DNAVITA Smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 Serving):
  • DNAVITA powder -2 scoops
  • Boiled Milk - 100ml
  • Sliced banana-1/2 small sized (25g)
  • Sliced ripe papaya-1/4 cup (25g)
  • Ice-3-4 cubes
  • Cardamom Powder-1 pinch
  • Water-1 cup (100ml)
  • Sugar-Optional (strictly not meant for diabetes, obese persons and people having heart related problems)
Preparation Method :
  • At first mix well DNAVITA powder with 50ml (half qty.) of lukewarm milk.
  • Transfer the contents to a mixer.
  • Add remaining milk and rest of the ingredients (except cardamom powder) to the mixer and blend properly.
  • Pour it in a glass and sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
  • DNAVITA powder - 1 scoop
  • Boiled Milk - 50ml
  • Toasted Flaxseeds - 1 tsp (5g)
  • Plain Biscuits (Preferred Marie,Cream Cracker,Rusk) - 4 PCS
Preparation Method :
  • At first make a thick paste of DNAVITA powder with lukewarm milk and toasted flax seeds.
  • Spread this paste generously over a piece of biscuit.

This recipe is extremely easy with just simple ingredients and few steps.It is a nutrient rich cream recipe which is very delicious in taste & everybody will definitely come back for more.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
  • DNAVITA powder-2scoops
  • Boiled Milk-100 ml
  • Raisins-5-6pcs
  • Crushed Almonds & Walnuts-1tsp (5g)

Preparation Method :
  • At first mix well DNAVITA powder with lukewarm milk.
  • Then with the help of hand held blender or mixer, blend all ingredients well.
  • Place the mixture in a container and freeze it for 1 hour.
  • Next remove the container.Give the ice cream mix a good stir to ensure that it freezes evenly.
