Return and Replacement Policy

Please find below the details of the policy that is applicable in Serviceable area (i.e. West Bengal) for all products sold on Sastasundar.com. Products delivered by courier service through logistic partner in areas other than serviceable area are non-returnable.

System / Process:

Healthbuddy and Customer both can initiate return request from their login.

Conditions & Guidelines:
  • The sales return of temperature controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature controlled eye drops, chocolates, etc.) will not be accepted, except received damaged.
  • In case any customer is denying to accept non returnable products (i.e. Chef On, Insulin, Injection, etc.), then those return needs to be updated in system within 1 Day.
  • New order number is to be entered while placing return request for Doctor Changed Medicines Cases. If the new order id is not mentioned in remarks field, then the return request will not be accepted.
  • The return of products should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted as return.
  • The return of unsealed products will not be accepted.
Products that cannot be returned (Except received damaged):
  • Chef on Products
  • DNAVITA
  • Products ordered through Greet and Gift
  • Any Unsealed/Opened/Used Products
  • Please choose carefully while purchasing Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons. Refunds & Exchanges are not accepted except in case the packet is not open & it is in original packaging condition
NOTE :

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website/app within 3 days from the time of our delivery. Our Healthbuddy will pick the damaged product from you at no extra cost.
